Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment with established procedures using a computer touch screen.
• Perform set-up operations on equipment as necessary.
• Enter quality data in a computer database.
• Monitor wet mill thickness for adherence to specifications.
• Use a mill thickness gauge.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain daily production.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance on spray machine.
• Notify supervisor of malfunctions to avoid downtime.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Inspect units/parts for defects and workmanship.
• Work from written or verbal orders.
• Support Rheem values with customers.
