The role requires an Associate's degree in engineering or 2 years of experience in CCA manufacturing, with 2+ years in SMT/PTH/conformal coating. A data-driven mindset is preferred to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering or 2 years of experience in CCA manufacturing processes.
• 2+ years' experience in CCA manufacturing processes such as SMT, PTH, and conformal coating.
• Willingness to perform floor-level support and interface with equipment suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Modify/Update programs for automated equipment.
• Provide floor support of equipment.
• Perform machine calibrations.
• Generate maintenance plans for equipment.
• Interface with equipment manufacturer's to resolve problems.
• Perform continuous improvement and defect reduction activities.
• Generate tooling requests and requisitions.
• Perform transactions in Apriso/SAP.
• Perform other tasks under the direction of Manufacturing Engineers.
