Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Aide in Massachusetts to validate and maintain production equipment, collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers on technical tasks and producing detailed engineering documentation, reports, and procedures.

You will test and troubleshoot equipment, act as a liaison between ME and production teams, and ensure timely problem resolution to support assembly performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with additional technical training.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings and interpretations of their applicability to manufacturing.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain secret security clearance (Interim clearance required to start).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on technical tasks, gathering and manipulating engineering data and design changes.
• Produce high-quality engineering documentation, reports, and machine operation procedures with accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between Manufacturing Engineers and production teams to provide technical guidance and timely problem resolution.
• Test and troubleshoot production equipment to identify and resolve issues.
