About the Role

Job Description – Python Engineer AI Agents

We are looking for a Python Engineer to build and maintain AI-powered agents and automation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills, experience working with APIs and LLMs, and an interest in AI workflows, agent orchestration, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and automation workflows using Python.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.
• Build backend services, APIs, and agent pipelines.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
• Connect AI systems with databases, third‑party APIs, and internal tools.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance.
• Debug, test, and maintain scalable AI applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver features.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, etc.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
