Zusammenfassung

Hw3 Llc seeks a Lead Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership across design, implementation, validation, and lifecycle management of manufacturing automation systems. Remote role with up to 50% travel to customer sites.

You will work with clients and project teams to solve complex engineering challenges in GMP environments. The role emphasizes expertise in industrial automation platforms, DCS/PLC/SCADA, MES, data historians, ISA-88/95, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, while

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of industrial automation experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience leading automation projects from concept to handover.

Aufgaben

Design and lead automation strategies for pharmaceutical facilities.
Configure and deploy DeltaV, Rockwell, MES systems.
Lead validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure GMP compliance.
Mentor engineers and engage with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive lifecycle improvements and risk assessments.
