Hw3 Llc is seeking an Automation Engineer for a remote opportunity supporting automation and digital transformation across pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing environments in the United States. The role spans design, implementation, commissioning, validation, and ongoing operations of GMP-compliant automation systems, with travel to client sites up to 50% as needed.
Collaboration with process engineering, quality, validation, and IT/OT teams is essential to deliver robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- US citizenship or green card required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in process automation in regulated manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and data integrity a plus.
Responsabilités
- Design, implement, and document automation systems across lifecycle stages.
- Support FAT, IQ/OQ/PQ and validation activities.
- Collaborate with process engineering, quality, validation, and IT/OT teams.
- Maintain GMP/compliance with GAMP 5 principles.
- Provide production technical support and issue resolution.
- Assist with system lifecycle management and software upgrades.
