Job summary

Baxter is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive automation projects from concept to commissioning. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, develop URS and proposals, and manage costs, schedules, and safety across global facilities.

Qualified candidates have a B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), 8+ years in engineering, CAD/SolidWorks experience, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and competitive benefits are noted in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and capital equipment projects from concept through commissioning and handoff.
• Develop URS, proposals, machine concepts, and cost estimates for automated systems.
• Manage projects to meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Direct cross-functional teams across design, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
