Job summary

Pieper Automation is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automation projects, programming, and project execution to meet customer needs. You will travel 50-90% for system commissioning and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to drive growth.

The role requires 10+ years in automation, expertise in process control and PlantPAx, and strong communication. Travel and independent/team work are integral to the position, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in the automation field.
• Extensive experience with process control and Rockwell PlantPAx.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation projects per customer specifications.
• Involved in project estimating, design reviews, programming, installation and commissioning support.
• Interface with engineers, project managers, electricians, vendors, customers, and leadership to ensure success.
