Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation, machine safety, technical sales, or project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, automation hardware/software, and industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop automation and safety programs through customer engagement and outreach.
• Lead customer discovery meetings and site visits as the technical SME to establish trust.
• Develop safety system architectures and propose solutions aligned with timelines and budgets.
• Mentor engineers and ensure smooth handoff to execution teams; lead cross-functional integration.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and continuous improvement via Agile methods.
