Qualifications

• Experience developing and modifying code for industrial control systems.
• Design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems to meet standards.
• Experience addressing electrical hazards via safety engineering principles.
• ISO and FDA-regulated environment experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to operations by leading troubleshooting for PLCs, Vision Systems, Robots, Servers, and HMIs.
• Lead complex code modifications for advanced control systems and ensure system integration.
• Plan and execute change control projects from conceptualization to validation.
• Identify, plan and execute complex qualification of new equipment/controls and assist in vendor testing.
• Participate in technical design reviews for machine requirements and manufacturing specs.
• Provide training to Operations Engineers and Technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with safety, quality and operations to achieve business objectives.
• Mentor interns and co-ops and share knowledge across the team.
