Qualifications

• Bsc. in Machinery/Electronic Engineering required.
• 5-8 years of experience in field service engineering or production plants.
• Solid experience in automatic equipment design preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD 3D (PRO-E preferably) required.
• Good knowledge of English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production equipment and tooling according to specifications.
• Coordinate automation projects with external integrators.
• Participate in Site Acceptance Test with project team.
• Analyze and find innovative solutions like robots and vision systems.
• Manage resources and budget for the Automation department.
• Drive continual improvement in FPY, efficiency, and scrap rate.
• Monitor daily production activity and report.
