Orange County's Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Automation Developer to design and build modern automations across platforms, connecting on-premise systems with cloud services and embedding AI features.

You will implement end-to-end workflows using RPA, low-code, iPaaS, and REST APIs, while collaborating with security, data, and business teams to set automation standards and governance. This hybrid role emphasizes reliable, observable automation with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on automation/integration development with production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with at least two tool categories: RPA, low-code/workflow automation, iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with stakeholders.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows across multiple platforms.
• Build cloud automations using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP Cloud Functions.
• Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and message queues to connect core systems.
• Maintain error handling, logging, and monitoring for production readiness.
