Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Robotics or related field.
• Experience developing and launching a manufacturing assembly line from concept to production with actuators or drive systems.
• 7+ years in manufacturing and design of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems, with at least 1 year focused on electric motors or electromechanical actuators.
• Proficiency in NX CAD for test fixture design, with understanding of design for manufacturability for CNC and 3D printing.
• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new highly automated manufacturing and pilot lines from concept to production.
• Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production.
• Plan and Execute DoEs to characterize boundary conditions and optimize process for manufacturability and quality.
• Own design/manufacturing liaison relationship to optimize product from an automation standpoint prior to release.
• Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and availability while reducing cost and lead‑time.
• Manage installation, qualification, and ramp of development lines.
• Generate machine specifications, standards, and documentation.
