Job summary

Qualifications

US Person with security clearance eligibility is required.
Degree in robotics, computer science, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
6+ years in controls and automation within production environments.
Strong PLC programming on Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.
Knowledge of NFPA standards and UL508A; proficient CAD tools.
Ignition SCADA development and IT/OT systems expertise.
Experience integrating MES and QMS; capable of RCA and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, document and manage controls systems for manufacturing, from ideation to sustainment.
Architect and debug PLC logic in structured, reusable code for high-volume production.
Set internal standards for control architectures, safety buyoffs and regulatory compliance.
Integrate manufacturing software with automation equipment and lines.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation failures.
Design HMIs/SCADA screens using Ignition per branding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and drive improvements.
Willingness to work off shift or irregular hours.
