Job description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. Our success is built on a unique model supported by industry partners and specialists. This is a remote role with no additional travel required. We offer an aggressive salary and bonus packages, along with 401K matching.

Duties:

1. Lead client-facing QA discussions, clearly articulating test plans, risks, and progress.
2. Take ownership of QA processes, ensuring alignment with client standards and workflows.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans covering end-to-end (E2E) testing.
4. Track and report on test execution, regression testing progress, and project risks.
5. Proactively identify gaps, risks, and propose solutions.
6. Ensure product readiness by deeply understanding workflows beyond basic test execution.
7. Adapt to project changes, maintaining testing momentum despite shifting priorities.
8. Contribute code to the automation suite.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Adept in Agile methodologies.
• Advanced experience in Test Case and Test Plan development.
• Experience with Appium, Selenium, JUnit, and Java.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kotlin.
