Information Technology - Senior Automation Engineer - Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable, efficient automation processes using RPA and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, BASH, PowerShell, and SQL.
2. Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and solutions, including managing automation pipelines and schedules.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation needs and create detailed roadmaps from conception to deployment.
4. Manage and troubleshoot existing automations, identify new opportunities, and support continuous improvement activities.
5. Mentor junior team members and coordinate with third-party vendors.
6. Ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and within budget, working effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Extensive experience with UiPath or comparable RPA platforms, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, BASH, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Proficiency in API integration (REST, SOAP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; certifications like UiPath Advanced RPA Developer required.
