We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. Our success is based on a unique model supported by industry partners and specialists. This is a remote role with no travel required, offering competitive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing QA discussions, including test plans, risks, and progress updates
• Own QA processes, ensuring alignment with client standards and workflows
• Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans covering end-to-end testing
• Track and report on test execution, regression testing, and project risks
• Identify gaps and risks proactively and propose solutions
• Ensure product readiness by understanding workflows beyond basic testing
• Adapt to project changes while maintaining testing momentum
• Contribute code to the automation suite

Requirements:

• 5+ years of testing experience
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking
• Adept in Agile methodologies
• Experience defining Test Cases and Test Plans
• Experience with Appium, Selenium, JUnit, and Java

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kotlin
