Job summary

ANDRITZ in Alpharetta, GA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead automation and electrification projects from inception to completion. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities include defining objectives with stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, and mentoring junior PMs while ensuring quality standards are met. Domestic/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering automation and electrification projects.
• Strong knowledge of automation and electrification technologies and standards.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (typical 5–20%).
• Proficient in MS Project or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and electrification projects from inception to completion, meeting goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, budgets, and resourcing; support equipment procurement.
• Define objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders; identify additional automation scope.
• Manage risks and issues with contingency plans; report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to proposal development.
• Ensure adherence to ANDRITZ quality system during project execution.
