Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ, is seeking a Senior Engineer I, MSEO Automation and Data Analytics to lead data analytics initiatives for manufacturing systems and boundary data.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and MSAT to deploy dashboards, support CPV, and drive continuous improvement across cell therapy operations; requires 6+ years in biopharma/manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing support or manufacturing engineering in biotech/pharma.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams, coordinate cross-functionally on projects.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support operations decisions.
• Provide technical direction to site teams for capacity, quality, and cost.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and manage lifecycle of digital solutions.
• Support QMS deliverables and change controls related to MES/EBR/CPV.
• Collaborate with IT, MSAT, Quality, and manufacturing partners.
