Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager to lead data analytics and site MSAT initiatives for manufacturing automation and data systems in a cell therapy environment. You will design and deliver dashboards, coordinate with IT and manufacturing teams, and drive continuous improvement across global networks.

The role requires solid GMP knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum six years in manufacturing support/engineering in biotech/pharma.
• Two+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics initiatives for site MSAT and Cell Therapy networks.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support operations and decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications compliant with regulations.
• Support lifecycle management and project implementation at site level.
