Job summary

ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC (AETA) seeks a self-driven Sr. Automation Specialist / Electrical Engineer to lead multi‑discipline projects in the Northeast US. You will define client needs, manage budgets, and oversee design, automation, and control panel work, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will design and implement PLC/SCADA solutions, drive SAT and system startups, and prepare technical documentation to support project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

10+ years’ expertise in industrial control systems and PLC/PAC programming.
Experience with HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple projects from design to execution.
Develop scopes, objectives, proposals, budgets and communications with stakeholders.
Lead on-site SAT, system startup, and training for PLC & HMI hardware.
Prepare design drawings using AutoCAD and ensure on-time delivery.
