Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc., seeks a Sr. Project Manager to join our nationwide team and work on capital projects with clients.

You’ll lead control systems integration efforts, collaborate with engineers and operations, and apply expertise in SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and packaging/process controls to deliver high‑impact results. This role offers growth in a respected, people‑centered engineering consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct automation experience with HMI/SCADA/PLC and process control systems.
• Experience with packaging/consumer products or life sciences industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for electrical design and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Rockwell and Siemens platforms and related software.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects and implement client solutions, individually or in teams.
• Drive changes to improve client performance and achieve key goals.
• Design, develop, test, and commission SCADA, MES, and manufacturing intelligence applications.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Travel as needed for installation, start-up, and client meetings.
