Qualifications

8+ years of experience developing and programming automation solutions in industrial settings.
Strong skills in electrical control systems and process automation.
Proficient with Rockwell hardware/software; familiarity with Siemens, AVEVA, and GE platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage project tasks: hardware/panel design, PLC/HMI programming, SCADA, and documentation.
Oversee proposal prep, estimating, scheduling, resources, finances, staffing, contracts, and quality control.
Maintain facility use and ensure client satisfaction.
Lead and grow the controls & automation business in the local office.
