LoopTech LLC is seeking a Senior Automation Consultant to provide expert support for automated manufacturing and utilities systems. This on-site role in Manati involves system design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and validation activities across PLC, SCADA, MES, and ROC tools.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, 4+ years in automation, 2+ years in CSV, and strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Regulatory audits experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; 4+ years in automation; 2+ years in CSV.
• Strong knowledge of system lifecycle, change control, cGMP, and FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11).
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, MES, Rockwell Automation tools, data historians, MS SQL, and networking.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and review SOPs.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and automation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Rockwell Automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of new and existing systems.
• Implement software/hardware changes and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering on daily operations and projects.
• Provide user training and technical support.
• Review, test, and update programs to meet compliance and system requirements.
• Support change controls, audits, CAPAs, and investigations.
• Track project progress and help resolve technical issues or delays.
• Develop and maintain automation procedures (Operations, Maintenance, Backup/Restore, Disaster Recovery).
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade automation and computerized systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, networks, databases).
• Coordinate with vendors and implement corrective actions.
• Support Data Integrity, Cybersecurity, and CSV activities.
