LoopTech LLC is seeking a Senior Automation Consultant to provide expert support for automated manufacturing and utilities systems. This on-site role in Manati involves system design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and validation activities across PLC, SCADA, MES, and ROC tools.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, 4+ years in automation, 2+ years in CSV, and strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Regulatory audits experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; 4+ years in automation; 2+ years in CSV.
• Strong knowledge of system lifecycle, change control, cGMP, and FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11).
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, MES, Rockwell Automation tools, data historians, MS SQL, and networking.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and review SOPs.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and automation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Rockwell Automation platforms.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade automation and computerized systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, networks, databases).
• Coordinate with vendors and implement corrective actions.
• Support Data Integrity, Cybersecurity, and CSV activities.

Role Description:

The Senior Automation Consultant contract role is an on-site position based in Manati. This role provides specialized technical expertise and execution support for projects, as well as operational support for manufacturing and utilities systems. The resource acts as the Automation & Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned projects, supporting system design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of new and existing systems.
