Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit experience with Auto Finance experience.
• Experience reviewing credit bureau reports.
• Strong knowledge of credit decisioning and consumer lending regulations.
• Knowledge of indirect loan/lease programs and bank products.
• Proficient with standard office software and banking systems.
• Solid understanding of credit policies and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong judgement and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and render decisions per policy and regulations.
• Review policy or pricing exceptions and assist in daily operations.
• Structure decisions to maximize profit and strengthen relationships.
• Review and approve auto applications, focusing on speed and quality.
• Meet targets for ROE, volume, and conversion ratios.
• Initiate outbound calls and follow up with clients as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries.
