Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in auto titling and registration using the DRIVES system.
• GED or high school diploma; equivalent combinations acceptable.
• Welcomes feedback and demonstrates leadership developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and assist with difficult cases.
• Provide supervisory support during management absence.
• Review documents for legal acceptance in titling and registration.
• Collect fees and taxes as required by law.
• Assist the public with motor vehicle inquiries and paperwork.]
• Respond to questions on voter services and marriage licenses.
