Job summary
Acloché LLC in Rochester Hills is seeking an experienced automotive technician to focus on diagnostics and repairs rather than dealership politics. The shop has a small, skilled team and clear growth paths from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician or Technical Manager.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
- A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
- Transmission experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Your own professional tools.
- ASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.
Responsibilities
- Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
- Drivability concerns.
- Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
- Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair.
- Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle.
- General A-Level automotive repair when needed.
