Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join a small, seasoned shop where your diagnostic expertise truly matters. The opportunity provides a clear path from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business grows, with a competitive $45–$55/hour pay and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities
- A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills
- Transmission experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Your own professional tools
- ASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates
Responsibilities
- Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Drivability concerns
- Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement
- Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair
- Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle
- General A-Level automotive repair when needed
