Job summary

Delta World Tire in Houma, LA is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician to oversee diagnostics and repairs performed by qualified technicians, ensuring services meet dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. You will diagnose, repair, and explain needed work to customers, document recommendations, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• ASE certifications in lieu of experience acceptable.
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of computerized diagnostics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certification/experience level.
• Performs work with efficiency and accuracy per inspection/repair orders.
• Performs complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and team.
• Recommends necessary services and documents recommendations.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies.
• Able to work Monday–Friday with flexible schedules.
