Job summary

Delta World Tire is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician to ensure repairs are performed accurately by qualified technicians and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will diagnose vehicles and perform multi-point inspections with precision and efficiency.

Requirements include ASE certifications or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday in a fast-paced service department, following MAP guidelines and Sun Auto standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician or mechanic required.
• ASE certifications accepted in lieu of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certification/experience level.
• Perform work as outlined on inspection and repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and managers.
• Document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; adhere to Sun Auto’s standards.
• Work Monday–Friday in a busy service department.
