Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Wilton, CT seeks an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a modern shop with a strong team culture. Earn $100K+ with a competitive base plus a production bonus while working a Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) and leveraging top diagnostic equipment.

You will service European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles, perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to a high-volume workflow.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Euro, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
• ASE Certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Service European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Mentor junior technicians and support a positive team environment.
