Auto Safety Center in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles with a focus on diagnostics and major repairs, while enjoying a modern, air-conditioned shop and a supportive, drama-free environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40–50 billed hours weekly, and earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $165,000+ annually with a paid training program and ASE

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with engine replacement and major repairs.
• Ability to perform repairs independently.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns.
• Complete engine replacements and major mechanical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repair.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare repair recommendations.
• Work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Produce approximately 40–50 billed hours per week.
