Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor7s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Leadership and team management experience with profitability focus.
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage Professional Customer relationships and sales growth.
• Hire, develop, and coach store Team Members; schedule and engage staff.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead and train staff for customer-focused service both DIY and pro.
