Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM on Long Island seeks an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to help run a high-volume Service Department. You will assist the Service Manager to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Required: Automotive Service Writer or Advisor experience.
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager in ensuring full capacity and customer satisfaction.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure accurate and timely estimation and completion of repair orders and help hit CSI targets.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to post correct parts and pricing for repair orders.
• Ensure proper charging for oil, lubricants, and materials on each repair order written.
• Support Sales and Rental Departments with technical information and service as needed.
