Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with service advisor/writer experience to support a high-volume Service Department. The role ensures customer needs are met, assists the Service Manager, and drives efficient operations in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications
- Experience as Automotive Service Writer or Advisor is required.
- Preference for Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and timely.
- Help achieve monthly CSI goals through quality service.
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales and Rental departments as needed.
- Ensure reception staff and shop area are maintained and organized.
