Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with prior service advisor/writer experience to help run a high-volume Service Department on a busy Long Island/Queens market. The role supports the Service Manager, drives revenue, and ensures customer satisfaction with accurate repair order estimation and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Automotive service writer/advisor experience required.
• Prefer automotive assistant service manager experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and organized with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background checks, MVR and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department, support the Service Manager, generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain maintenance and repair services, create estimates, focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is the priority and communicate cheerfully and knowledgeably.
• Assist with accurate and timely estimation and completion of repair orders.
• Aim for 100% efficiency to meet monthly CSI goals.
• Report timecards and work orders including tech time sheets accurately.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Charge for oils, lubricants, and materials on each repair order.
• Address customer concerns/complaints and exercise good judgment.
• Provide technical information to Sales and Rental as needed.
