Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM on Long Island seeks an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to help run a high-volume service department. This full-time role offers weekly pay, potential commissions, and a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art shop environment.

You will support the Service Manager, improve efficiency, explain maintenance to customers, prepare estimates, coordinate with the Parts and Front Desk teams, and help ensure customer

Formación

• Required: Automotive Service Writer, Advisor experience
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience
• Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills
• Team participant, organized and customer-focused with a commitment to quality and efficiency
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of business management
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drugscreening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Service Manager to run a high-volume service department and help generate revenue.
• Explain maintenance and repair services to customers and prepare estimates.
• Coordinate with Parts and Front Desk to ensure accurate ordering and timely work.
• Support CSI goals and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Receptionists and ensure schedules and training.
• Ensure shop cleanliness and policy compliance.
