Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership environment.
• Ability to present estimates and maintenance recommendations.
• Ability to manage customer communications via calls, texts, and email.
• Experience reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos/videos.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer intake and vehicle write-ups with concerns and service needs.
• Create and present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations.
• Review and present Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos/videos.
• Manage follow-up and authorization via calls, texts, and email.
• Manage repair orders from write-up to completion and keep customers updated.
• Use Tekmetric for shop and repair-order management and Steer for communications.
• Present appropriate repair opportunities to support shop sales goals.
• Handle a daily workload of 10–20 vehicles and support weekly sales of $20,000–$50,000.
