Automotive Service Advisor

We are a national ranked dealer alternative automotive repair company with 10 locations in DFW, serving Lewisville, Argyle, Cross Roads/Aubrey, McKinney, Frisco, Castle Hills, Allen, N. Fort Worth/Keller, and Southlake.

Job Overview

This is a full‑time career position that includes writing, advising, selling service, and assisting in dispatching and tracking technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and effective communication.
• Increase shop productivity and sales.
• Advise customers on maintenance and repairs.
• Track and dispatch technicians.
• Document service orders and prepare billing.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• No nights, no weekends.

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus commission.
