Peninsula Total Car Care in Salisbury, MD is seeking an experienced Production Automotive Technician. The role offers a salary/base plus production commission with a weekly pay schedule and an earning potential of $120,000 to $150,000 annually.

This Monday–Friday position emphasizes accurate diagnostics, high repair quality, and efficiency. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available; relocation support, medical/dental/vision benefits, and three company beach houses are among the perks.

Qualifications

8–10+ years automotive repair experience preferred.
Strong general automotive repair and multi-make experience.
Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
Experience with major repairs including timing belts/chains, engines, and transmissions.
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
Perform advanced diagnostics and determine repair procedures.
Complete general automotive maintenance and repair across multiple makes and models.
Perform timing belt and timing chain repairs.
Diagnose and complete engine repairs and replacements.
Perform transmission-related repairs.
Evaluate, test, diagnose, and repair vehicles independently.
Maintain repair quality while working efficiently in a production-focused environment.
