The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge to identify and source parts using catalogs and POS systems, while serving as a knowledgeable resource for the team.

You will support inventory, deliveries, and store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily workflow within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to accurately identify part numbers and product codes.
• Customer-focused mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers in-store, by phone, and in dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, and company policies.
• Execute sales practices including customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Assist with inventory control and store operations and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics to fulfill orders and manage returns as needed.
• Support Open and Close Procedures and ongoing process improvements.
