Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service in-store, by phone, and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs and policies.
• Execute sales engagement, needs assessment, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with inventory control, stock orders, and store presentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with logistics and fulfillment.
• Support Open/Close procedures and continuous process improvements.
