Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager for our Ocala, FL store. The role leads a busy retail team, drives automotive parts sales, and develops professional customer relationships while maintaining high service and store standards.

The GM oversees hiring, coaching, scheduling, inventory controls and daily operations to achieve strong financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 Team Members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage profitability and understand financial metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; build and execute action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members; ensure inventory and operational standards.
