Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales
Hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members
Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards
Coach team to deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional)
Manager on duty responsibilities and safety compliance
Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment
Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper install) as needed
Recruit, select, hire and develop quality Team Members
Build and grow relationships with Professional Customers
