Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Orlando, FL, to drive store performance and customer success. The role leads a team, oversees professional customer relationships, and ensures profitability and service standards across daily operations.

The General Manager will manage hiring, coaching, inventory control, and on-duty leadership while adapting to busy weekend and evening schedules. ASE or equivalent credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales.
• Hire, develop, and coach store Team Members; schedule and engage staff.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty responsibilities including safety and daily tasks.
