AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service, help customers find parts, and provide expert advice in a fast-paced store.

You'll assist with product selection, stock, installations, and diagnostics support, while working with teammates to meet sales goals and maintain a safe, organized store environment. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
