Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow company safety policies and PPE usage to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and assist customers with installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
