Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive advice and clear communication.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a productive store.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales metrics.
• Restock items and manage inventory and cash handling.
• Follow processes and PPE to ensure a safe work environment.
• Know automotive parts and assist with wiper, battery, light installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
