AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers with parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will help customers select products, maintain inventory, and support store operations with a positive, knowledgeable attitude. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing expert advice through product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Prior automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize the store, and follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
